"I want to thank you for making my daughter's bridal shower one of the best parties thrown in my own home. That was where she wanted it and being that I am in a cast and on crutches right now, I just couldn't imagine how I could pull it off! You and I worked out the menu, you shopped for everything and came just on time to get the party started! Everything from the appetizers, to the steak and salmon were phenomenal! Your sauces were wonderful and I love the fact that you showed me how to make them. The entire experience was just out of this world! You are entertaining, in addition to being a great chef and lots of fun to make a somewhat stressful situation, easy. Thank you."
